On your marks, on the sidelines or on the bouncy castle…
The Gyro 10k is a great day out for runners, supporters and kids. Of course, it all revolves around the great race through Chiswick, with the money from your race entry fee going straight to SportsAid. Once signed up, you can also ask friends and family to sponsor you and boost your donation amount, with anyone raising over £200 receiving a bottle of champagne as a thank you.

You can volunteer on the day, or make a £5 donation and enjoy the after race BBQ, and for your own little sports stars of the future there is a bouncy castle and kids’ entertainer.
